We provide revision depending upon the package you selected. Customers can ask us for an unlimited no. of edits, and we will revise their design without any additional charges, provided that the design and concept remain the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours.

In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved or a change is requested unless The Adobe Web Designers cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance:

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting will be provided with website packages, where applicable. All the email accounts provided with website packages can be configured on third-party email soft-wares such as outlook. Each email account will have 10MB of space. If you are not hosting your website with us, we will not provide email accounts. There is no refund for the hosting, domain, or email server package.

All design order files are delivered to My Account as per the date specified on the "Order Confirmation." Refund Policy

Adobe Web Designers offers a 100% Refund on all its design services, however it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.

• • The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client end.
• • A complete design change has been demanded and provided.
• • The business is closing or changing name or business.
• • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• • Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any service), refund will not be applicable.
• • Services not related to design services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Examples of such services are as follows:

• o Website SSL Certificates
• o Website Domain Purchase.
• o Website Maintenance Plans.
• o Website SEO Plans.
• o Social Media Marketing
• o Google AdWords Campaigns

For services that are not covered under the 100% refund policy in case of dissatisfaction Adobe Web Designers management after review the project may choose to offer a partial refund to the client.
